Royal36 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

To register and use Royal36's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Royal36 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Royal36 does not accept underage members, without exception.
• You must be a valid Malaysian resident or citizen, or an individual legally located in a jurisdiction that permits access to Royal36's services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under court guardianship or subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Royal36 staff, direct contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as playing members on this platform.

Royal36 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Accounts that fail these checks will be suspended until verification is complete, and balances will remain inaccessible during the suspension period.

Creating a Royal36 account is free, quick, and straightforward. That said, there are a few important obligations you must comply with during and after the registration process.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — full name, phone number, date of birth, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Royal36. Holding more than one account, whether under the same or different names, is a violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

A Royal36 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. Royal36 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from sharing your account login credentials with others.

Royal36 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via supported payment methods. All financial transactions on this platform are denominated in RM and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits in place.

• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks), Boost, and ShopeePay. All methods must be registered under the same name as the Royal36 account.
• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for most members, though limits may apply based on your account verification level.
• Processing time: Deposits via e-wallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. Deposits via FPX may take up to 5 minutes depending on the respective bank's system.
• Third-party funds: Royal36 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the member's information, it may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Transaction fees: Royal36 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

All successful deposits will be credited to your Royal36 account balance and available for use immediately. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (reference number or screenshot) for us to investigate.

Winnings withdrawals at Royal36 are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process is designed to be secure, fast, and straightforward for all eligible members.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all withdrawal methods. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals to e-wallet and DuitNow accounts are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 2 hours depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.
• First withdrawal verification: The first withdrawal from any account may require an additional identity verification process before it is approved. This is a standard security procedure designed to protect our members.
